This document establishes the list of jurisdictions whose residents are not allowed to enter into a User Agreement with XFine Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
By entering into a relationship with the Company, the User assures that neither they nor their ultimate beneficiary is a resident of any jurisdiction listed in this document.
If the User or their ultimate beneficiary becomes a resident of any jurisdiction listed in this document after entering into a User Agreement with the Company, the User must immediately notify the Company of this fact. In such a case, the User Agreement will be subject to termination.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend, including adding to, the list of jurisdictions mentioned in this document.
